BBC One, ‘Planet Earth III: Narrated By Kids’

Sir David Attenborough has been the voice of nature for over 70 years. But, as nature faces greater challenges, one voice alone is not enough. To get the whole nation talking, we did the unthinkable. We replaced Attenborough as the narrator of Planet Earth III.

Instead, we handed his microphone to 50 primary school children from across the UK, who read from Sir David’s scripts. The special Earth Day episode ‘Planet Earth III: Narrated by Kids’ was broadcast to the nation on BBC One and iPlayer, with the simple message that anyone can become a voice for nature, no matter how small your voice is.
